At BHB DISTRIBUTORS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to the return address specified in your RMA instructions.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
